Finally. After a year and a half of indecision and stalling, the study is finally painted. We went with the red that was a little too bright but it worked out just fine because the painter did a tea glaze on top of it which toned it down. Even though the color isn’t light (our chief complaint with the previous color was that it was too dark), it helps the wood beams stand out and compliments the wooden accents in the room nicely. Now it’s time to get the TV on the wall and get the room put back together.
