So, for the next few weeks my routine of taking a picture a day did not happen every day (last week of July – mid August). I’m finding that this project is getting old fast, but I still want to continue with it because I’m now more than half way through. I know at the end of the year and in years to come, it will be fun to look back through the photo album at our day-in-the-life in 2009.

Some of these dog days of summer feel like groundhog day and we do the same thing from one day to the next. On those days, I have no desire to find something (anything!) to take a picture of. So, I just don’t. I’m taking a break and I don’t feel guilty for not capturing every. single. day.

I haven’t completely decided how these empty days will work in the physical photo album. I may just add in a bonus photo from a different day. We’ll see.
